I paint what I cannot say.

Each painting is a singular original. No editions, no prints.

Oil on Belgian linen, palette knife and brush. Each work is varnished after a six-month cure. Most paintings are 60 × 80 cm or larger. Jaca works from a studio in Strmec, in the hills outside Zagreb. She paints what she remembers — the sea, angels, the streets of small coastal towns, abstractions born from sound.
